Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, and payments made via Paypal. We charge for all items as soon as your order is accepted. Back ordered items are also charged but if they cannot be dispatched within 5 working days we will contact you to either schedule a new delivery date or refund.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation of shipment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Prices
All our prices listed in this website include VAT at the current rate where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
Savings
Percentage savings displayed on the website and in marketing materials are calculated from the difference between the sale price and the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Tax Charges
Orders made from the UK are subject to VAT. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union prices are also subject to VAT. Orders sent to an address outside the EU, are not charged VAT, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the customer or the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you will need to contact your local customs office if you require further information.
Delivery
ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 1PM WILL BE DISPATCHED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY! Orders ordered on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day Monday to Friday.
UK: Order value £99.99 and under will be charged £3.99 for standard postage, for £4.99 you can select Expedited and for £7.99 you can select Next Day Special Delivery. If ordering before 1pm on a Friday you can pay £11.99 for Next Day Saturday Special Delivery.
UK: Order value of £100 andover will receive the option of free Standard delivery.
Next Day Saturday Special Delivery. All Special delivery packages are guaranteed next day and require a signature on delivery, they are either delivered by Royal Mail or for heavy items DPD. If you require a pre 9am delivery next day please ring into customer services to place your order or to upgrade the delivery on the order you have placed.
Returns
All items returned for refund or replacement must be returned within 30 days from receipt!
All goods that are returned must be accompanied by proof of purchase and a note telling us what action you want us to take, all items returned without a note will be credited to your account at Teddybearland and you will be able to use this credit to re purchase goods to this value on our store by telephoning customer services, emailing or via live chat. We recommend that a certificate of posting should be obtained for returns, supplied free of charge by the post office by handing your parcel over the counter, this gives you a limited insurance with Royal Mail if the goods are lost, For added security either ship the items Signed for postage or for higher insurance use Next day special delivery. For International returns International Signed for postage is recommended in case of loss.
All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in place in the original unused condition.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the product is adequately packed to avoid any possible damage in transit, such items damaged in transit will be returned to the customer and not exchanged or refunded.

Tax & Duties
Teddybearland will not be held liable for the payment of any duties or taxes relating to the return of items purchased.
Please ensure you are aware of all charges, particularly when using couriers, to return items to Teddybearland.
Any items returned toTeddybearland that are subject to unpaid or outstanding taxes and duties will be declined. This means they will be held by the courier service until payment is received.
Any items held by couriers pending payment will be held at an external location whereTeddybearland will have no access.
If taxes and duties are unpaid and / or returns held by couriers thenTeddybearland will not be able to process your refund/s.
Returns that have been sent with taxes and duties pre-paid will be accepted and processed as normal.
Faulty Goods: Goods returned as faulty should be returned to our returns department, this product will be assessed by a returns department in conjunction with the manufacturer, should the item be deemed to be faulty this will be replaced or in case of an obsolete product an alternative item will be agreed or a refund will be issued if requested. If the item is faulty then you will receive a refund and compensation for your postage (Standard Parcel Charge costs Only), You can check this refund amount for non UK posting, by adding the faulty item to the shopping cart on the site and entering your country and post/Zip code for a shipping quote!
Wrong items received: Goods returned as wrong items received should be returned to our returns department, on receipt of the item we will be replaced them with the correct item or if previously requested a refund will be given. You will receive a refund also for postage as per our shipping cost of sending this item, to compensate you for your return postage You can check this refund amount, by adding the incorrect item to the shopping cart on the site and entering your country and postcode for a shipping quote!

Replacement items will be dispatched free of charge to UK addresses for the first return, further returns on the same order will incur a £3.99 postage charge, if the return is from an international customer, a re charge will be applied to cover the replacement items international or European signed for postage. Unless the replacement, is due to an error in shipping by Teddybearland, we will cover the additional postage. When items are returned without prior consent outside the 28 days warranty period, Teddybearland reserve the right to deduct 10% of the item as a restocking charge for the return as long as the item/items are in a sell able condition and with all tags and packaging intact. If the item being returned has been discontinued by the manufacturer or Teddybearland, then Teddybearland can either refuse the return or charge up to a 50% restocking charge, based on the current sale ability of the return.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to your original card used for purchase, when you request this in writing with your returned item. The refund will be processed via the payment gateway used for payment; we therefore do not need details of the card used. All refunds will be less the postage paid for shipment. We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of receiving your return. If the ordered item kept becomes less than £100 in the UK, then the £1.50 postage charge for small orders will be deducted from the refund. Where items are returned with no written request for refund or exchange, the item will be returned to our stock and a store credit will be applied to your account, you will be able to use this to purchase on store by calling customer services on 01278 550640 or emailing them at info@teddybearland.co.uk or via the live online chat on the website!
Warranty
Teddybearland returns department works in conjunction with our manufacturers, our manufacturers want to be informed of any products deemed to be faulty; therefore all items returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for examination. Once the manufacturer and our returns department have agreed that the product is faulty, then the item can be replaced or credited. Teddybearland will endeavor to process this as quickly as possible subject to the manufacturer's timescales. If however the item is deemed to be damaged due to the customers handling or fair wear and tear by the manufacturer and the returns department, then the item will be returned to the customer and no replacement or refund issued.
Secure Ordering
All precautions are taken to ensure that transactions are secure although Teddybearland cannot be held responsible for any breach of security. Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after placing them if the item has not already been shipped. Please call 01278 554077 to cancel or email info@teddybearland.co.uk. All orders placed online are processed automatically from your submitted online order details.
Privacy Policy
Teddybearland do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed through one of the secure payment gateways. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
