Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Mon-Fri 8.30-14.00. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but during busy times paid for postage will be processed and dispatched before free postage.

Delivery Methods

UK delivery times quoted are from the first working day of the order. If the order is received after 2pm the first working day will be the following working day.

International delivery times quoted are from the date of dispatch as these are the shipping estimates provided by the courier. These are estimated delivery times and do not include any delays in customs.

UK Orders

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

Free for all UK orders over £100

£3.99 for UK orders of £99.99 and under

The expected delivery time for this option is 3-5 working days from date of order. If the order is received after 2pm the first working day will be the following working day.

UK Special Delivery

All special delivery packages are sent via a guaranteed next day service and will require a signature upon delivery. These goods are delivered by Royal Mail or, for heavier items, by DPD.

Next Day Delivery

£3.99 (£5.99 on orders under £100)  Monday-Friday - Next Day orders must be placed before 14:00 the previous day

Next Day Saturday Delivery

£11.99 - Next Day Saturday - Orders must be placed before 14:00 on Friday.

Next Day Guaranteed services are not guaranteed for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

DPD

Teddybearland welcomes you to place guaranteed next working day delivery for orders with DPD if the order is placed before 14:00 GMT.

Pricing is dependent and calculated on the weight and size of each package.

Packages can be tracked and traced via the tracking number, which will be emailed to you upon shipment. Just enter this tracking information at https://www.dpd.com/tracking to track your order.

On occasions for a multiple goods order whereby a certain product is not currently in stock at the time of being placed, we reserve the right to dispatch the remainder of the item/s via Royal Mail at a later date. This will form as the rest of your original order and will be included in the initial payment received for delivery. However, depending on certain postal restrictions, custom duties & taxes, other potential charges may be incurred.
